You do not need to register to use UploadChoice. However by registering, you can enjoy exclusive benefits available to registered members. Check all the premium features here.
Where are my files stored?
The files you upload are hosted on our high-speed secure servers. Your individual virtual drive is being set up for you when you register. As soon as you become a registered user you can create your own folders and upload files.
Is this service free?
Yes, the basic service is absolutely free on UploadChoice.com. However, we suggest you to become a premium member if you want to get the most out of UploadChoice.
Can I use UploadChoice.com for my business?
Yes, UploadChoice.com is a great option for storing files for your business, sending files to clients, or sharing with coworkers and associates.

What is the difference between the free service and the Premium Memberships?
The free membership gives you plenty of options for storing and sharing your files, but with limitations. The Premium memberships give you more storage space, more file options, plus faster download times. For more information and to see a comparison, please visit our Premium Membership page here.
What are the different membership plans you offer?
If you are a Free Member you have the options to upgrade your membership levels to Gold, Platinum or Elite Membership levels. Each membership level has its own unique features and benefits.
What are the key features available to Free Members?
Free members can upload upto 300 MB files for 30 days on our servers. They can upload 5 and download 10 files simultaneously and limited file type formats are supported. They have a download waiting period and have to enter an image captcha code everytime to download files.
What are the key features available to Gold Members?
Gold members can upload upto 500 MB files in size for a period of 120 days on our servers. In Gold membership plan, all file formats are allowed, download accelerators are supported, instant downloads are available, and broken downloads can be resumed.
What are the key features available to Platinum Members?
Upto 750 MB of file size can be uploaded for whole 1 year in Platinum membership plan. Members can upload and send files to upto 50 recipients at a time via email. They can password protect their files, host upto 750 MB of images and can enjoy superior speed. 25 uploads and 50 downloads can be run at a time.
What are the key features available to Elite Members?
Elite Membership is the Best Value plan on UploadChoice.com. Elite Members enjoy the full range of services and benefits from UploadChoice. They have a file size limit of whooping 2GB. Their files NEVER gets deleted, they can upload 75 files and download 100 files at the same time. They can send the file to upto 100 recipients via email. No download waiting period, no captcha codes to enter, UNLIMITED storage for images and extreme speeds are some of the other features our Elite Members enjoy.

Can more than one person share a single account on UploadChoice.com?
No, your account is for a single use account only. Members who share their account details with other users will have their account automatically terminated and we will not issue any refunds. We are very strict with out single-user policies.
What are the payment methods to buy premium membership plans?
We accept all credit cards- Visa, Mastercard, JCB, Discover, Diners Club, American Express, Visa Electron, Maestro, etc. We also accept payments via Paypal, 2CO and Moneybookers.
How do I sign up for an account?
You can sign up for a free account on the sign up page. You need to choose a username and password that you will use to upload images to your account. We also require you to enter a valid email address when you join. We send a confirmation email to this address with instructions on how to activate your account.
Can I sign up for more than 1 account?
Free accounts are limited to 1 (one) per individual. If we catch anyone abusing this limit, we may delete all their accounts without any notice.
How do I access my account?
Once you have signed up and confirmed your account, you can login to it on the login page. While logged in to your account you can Form upload,URL upload files,>,FTP upload files, browse the files you have already uploaded, get the urls required to download/delete the files.
Help! I've forgotten my username or password.
If you forget your login details for your account we can send a reminder to the email address you registered with us when you created your account. Just follow the instructions on the password reminder page.
How do I upgrade to a paid account?
If you have outgrown the features provided by our free account, you can upgrade to a paid account on the upgrade page. Payments are accepted through PayPal,E-Gold,Moneybookers and in most cases your account will be upgraded automatically after payment.
How do i admin my galleries?
Gallery is a usefull tool to group the related images.After logined,first you need to create a gallery,then go to gallery upload page to upload images. Tips:Pack your images in a zip file and use "zip upload" to upload in one time.

How can I upload a file?
Uploading files on UploadChoice is very easy. Choose the upload option- standard web form upload/ advanced Flash 8 upload/ upload by web address/ upload via FTP.
Click the 'Browse' button and choose the file you want to upload. Put a file description and a password if you wish. Write your and recipient's email addresses (optional), accept our TOS and click "Upload Now". The uploading process will begin. While uploading, you will see the progress bar, and info about the upload.
How long my files are stored?
The storage period of your file depends on your chosen membership plan. If you are a Free Member, your files are stored for 14 days only while files never get deleted for Elite Members. Check the membership comparison chart here for more details.
What are the file sizes limits?
Free Members - 300 MB, Gold Members - 500 MB, Platinum Members -750 MB, Elite Members - 2 GB.
What type of files can I upload and store with your service?
Free members can upload limited file types only, while Premium members can upload all file types of files, including music and sound files, video files, documents, graphics, pictures, games, program files, and any other file type you can think of.
However, uploading, storing, and sharing illegal files (i.e. copyrighted material, adult images, warez, rom, virus etc) is against our TOS. You can read more about our TOS by clicking here
Can I pause and resume my downloads or uploads?
This feature is available only in upgraded membership packs. Free members can't pause or resume their downloads.
Can I use download accelerator softwares to download my files?
If you are an upgraded member, you can use download accelerators to download your file.
How do I share my files with other users?
Your files can be shared with everyone, even if they are not registered with us. You will be given an access link for each file you upload to UploadChoice. You can email the link to your friends, use it on sites, forums or blogs.
Can I password protect my uploaded data?
Yes, you can restrict access to your files by password protecting them if you don't want everyone to access your files.
Can I delete my uploaded files?
Sure you can. You will be given a delete link which you can use to delete your file anytime you want.
What if someone uses your service for sharing copyrighted files that don't belong to them?
We respect the rights of copyright owners and you can read our Terms of Service page for our strict approach towards illegal use of copyrighted materials. We abide by the rules set forth in the Digital Millennium Copyright Act and will quickly respond to notifications of copyright infringement by removing files in violation and terminating memberships of those illegal violating our terms.
My downloads seem to take a long time. Is there a way to get faster download times?
Download speeds are largely determined by the speed of your Internet connection and there are many other factors affecting the speed of your download. However, with our Elite Premium Membership you get enhanced and accelerated download speeds. Plus, with the Elite Membership, your downloads are always given first priority on our servers.
Why not sign-up for a Premium Membership now?
What if a download is broken in the process of downloading to a computer.
Premium memberships allow downloads to automatically resume if a download process is broken. You will need to resume your download within a fairly short timeframe to continue the process. Our Elite Membership gives your files priority on our servers and faster download speeds, therefore reducing the likelihood of broken downloads.
How many people can I send my files to at one time?
The free membership only allows you to share files with one email address at a time. Upgrading to the Premium Memberships allows you to send to up to 100 email addresses for a single upload.
I have upgrade to Premium account, Why is my download slow?
Please make sure you have enabled cookies on your browser.Since our system recognize Premium download by cookie.Also make sure you do not have software installed, which blocks sending of cookies. Some firewalls for example like to do this.

How many images can I upload?
Platinum members are given a storage limit of 2GB while Elite members enjoy Unlimited storage for image hosting.
Are there any types of images that are not allowed at UploadChoice.com?
Yes. Any images that are adult in nature, hateful, or unlawful may not be uploaded to your account. We reserve the right to delete without any notice any images which we believe violate our terms and conditions, and to suspend or terminate the accounts of any members who upload images that violate our terms.
What are the key features you provide in your image hosting service?
We provide an easy to use interface to upload and host your images with us. We can host any type of image files for you. We also provide thumbnails of your uploaded images. You can also create an online gallery for your images to share with your friends. You can add descriptions to your uploaded images and your friends can post their comments too on them.
How can I share the images or photos with my friends?
You can provide to your friends a direct link of your uploaded images or galleries. You can even share your images on a site, blog or forum or anywhere you want to use.
What is the maximum allowed size for uploaded images?
The maximum filesize you can upload depends on what account you registered. Images with a larger filesize than the allowed maximum will be rejected.

Do you support mutiple files upload?
Yes,We have enougth upload methods for your choose.
1.Common Upload:you can upload mutiple files by click "Add Files".This will generate the upload field dynamically,then click "Host It".
2.Applet Upload: this is a great tool to upload mutiple files.Very easy to use and powerfull.Don't forget the applet can "capture the screen" and upload them,this is very usefull to show something on your computer to others.Right click below "Stop Upload" button,will pop up a menu with "Capture screen" link,click it and then follow the directions alerted by applet.
3.URL Upload:You can enter a live image on the web to upload to our server without download.Note:it don't support dynamical image url,for example,http://othersite.com/images.php?id=1 will give errors,only http://othersite.com/truename.jpg is a valid url.
